Super easy to order, the selection process was great and shipping was fast. I love this too, a hero wrangler was my dream car and this makes the Jeep 1000x my user friendly. I have literally popped the top open at a red light with one hand a million times. Can recommend it enough

I purchased the Supertop Squareback Soft top for the 2014 Wrangler JK. It's a great top but the side windows don't fit. When I got the top it was summer and I just put the top on and not the side windows or back. When it started getting colder I put them on. I waited for a warm day and let it sit in the sun. I've also used a heat gun to loosen the material. I have called customer support once and they sent me some tricks which didn't work. It sits my garage so it's ok but I am waiting for spring to work on this more. If I would have know it would be such a struggle, I would have paid the installer. I'd pay the installer now if I could. I purchased a classic twill top for my '06 TJ last summer. It's a thick, heavy-duty top that's not real easy to put up/take down because of the weight. But I manage OK. I also bought a console cover. Again, quality product but it's just too small. I can't get it to slip over the back and front lip (it's either-or) and as a result it tends to creep up the console. It's now in my garage in a box.

Probably the best upgrade to my Gladiator I could have done. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have the ability to take it off and replace the hard panels for winter without the need for tools. Excellent top over all.

Order a bikini top for my Jkl i got the wrong one [i order right one] best top sent wrong one and then said i had to pay to ship back and pay restock fee tried to sell on my own did’t so my husband called and they told him that it happened to many and they would refund me or send me right one so i got a return slip to ups they picked up then next day delivered it back to me took me three days to get it shipped back it then took best top six more weeks to send me right one got at end of season i will not by from best top again

These tops are the greatest thing I've put on both my Jeeps. 2 door JL and Gladiator. Top down in about 10 seconds and if it rains top up in about 10 seconds. No muss no Fuss and easy to install. I got rid of my Freedom tops I'll never go back to them.

Top is awesome, no real issues with shopping or purchasing. I did wish there was a little more communication during the shopping process. I don’t feel like I was contacted much while waiting to get my shipping info. Other than that, it was great.

Went above and beyond when my window broke. They were very responsive and wouldn't hang up the phone until they got me answers. I wish I remembered who I spoke with because she would very sweet and VERY helpful.

We never could get it to stay on around the windows. Wind gets under it and tears it off at highway speeds. Duct taped it around the roll bars to get it home from Florida . Miserable. Waste of my money.

Waited months and months for the top I wanted to be available. It finally didn’t say sold out on the website so I purchased. After a couple months of not receiving a tracking number I called and was told that it was back ordered and I wouldn’t receive it for another few months. After being juggled around a bit, I was offered a 20% refund for the trouble, which I gladly accepted and was ready to move on. The refund never came and honestly I didn’t call back because I didn’t have any confidence that the issue would be resolved. My top finally arrived in the early fall, when it was too late in the season for me to use it in the area where I live. Hoping to re-review in a couple months when I finally get to use the top I purchased a year ago.

Got the soft top for 21 wrangler. Love the freedom of top up/top down in a flash. Initial install was a 1/2 day project but we’ll worth it. Definitely watch the video!!! Glad I got the bestop top.
