ADULT BIKE WEIGHT LIMIT NOT SPECIFED AT PURCHASE.
I was 280 lbs. and 6 foot,Bought a nel lusso for men adult bike,first the pedals broke,then the back wheel axle loosened and the axle bent,If there was a weight limit on the time of purchase for the bike I would have looked for a stronger bike. I found the schwinn electra has a 300lb. weight limit,I will try that one.

Poor quality and worse customer service
I bought a 24" Cranbook bike. I asembled it and the chain was defectuve out of the box. I contacted customer service, they told me to send pics of the bike, I did, and then was told that the wheel was defective (it's not). I was then told that I could have a new wheel sent to me (which was not defective, the guy had no idea why it wasn't working) or I could have it returned to Walmart and they could send another (which would take almost a month). I bought this bike for my daughter's birthday and she is going to have to wait a month to get another bike. This is the first Huffy product I have ever purchased, and will probably be my last. It's one thing to send a defective product, quite another to give "just return it to Walmart" as a solution to every customer service question.

No response from your Customer Service Team
I have emailed twice and phoned your Customer Service Hotline number repeatedly and you pick up, identify yourself as Huffy and then hang up!! Very frustrating. I have a squeaky seat on My 24" Nel Lusso Cruiser purchased for Christmas at Walmart. It has been returned and the seat replaced, but the replacement now squeaks loudly, just like the other. I filled out 2 different customer service forms and still have not received a response. Reading the other reviews, it seems like this is a real problem. I hope I will get a response from this review, and not just advice to call that number again

Huffy missed the boat on this
We purchased a 20" bike for our grandson on Nov on a black Friday 2019, we gave our grandson his present on Christmas morning, the bike had issues with the rear wheel and I called customer service and received a replacement wheel, the bearings on the wheel were grinding and after swapping out the tire and tube I put the wheel back on, our grandson rode the bike for a day and the chain kept falling off, I then checked the foot crank and noticed the bearings were not set properly, I took the crank off thinking I could get replacement bearings for it fairly quickly, well the first set came in and they were the wrong size, that was week 1, week 2 waiting for the correct bearings and guess what..... the same small bearings again, I called your service center and they were less than useful as I just wanted the correct bearings and they told me I would have to come in fill out paperwork and they probably would not be able to help! I put the bike back together and took it back to Walmart where I purchased it an they had the best customer service I could ask for, they exchanged the bike with a different brand and after 2 weeks I have a happy grandson I do not think a huffy bike is in my future

Purchase a brand new bike, which arrived already damaged and worn. Thought purchasing a new product would avoid such an ordeal because off of the bike found in the store damage, scuffed and scratched. I had been looking at this particular bike for a while. Definitely will be returning this product.

Torex atv
Just bought my kids the torex atv for Christmas. Loving the design and the toughness. But having serious issues with it. I would think that after paying 300 it would work better. Battery only last 10 min. And it keeps on stopping and going. Not too happy. I already submitted a complaint but still haven't heard back...

Missing part
Ordered my son a Spider-Man 3 wheel scooter for Christmas. Went to assemble it they only sent ONE back wheel. I hope you guys don’t expect me to pay for a new part for a scooter I already purchased and received that’s not even the whole scooter kind of disappointed kind of hurt because now my son is crying that he can’t ride it. Do better

Bent crank by peddle caused stripping and peddle to fall off
I went to huffy website put in product #of bike (4 or 5 digit) pulled picture of bike up . Website displayed easy step by step instructions and diagrams to point out exactly what parts were needed. It was quick and easy to finish process of ordering parts and I recieved the parts within 3 days. I actually bought 2 huffy bikes for my kids at the same time and the bike with broken crank must've fell at one point. It was a lot easier ordering parts and fixing myself rather than hauling bike back to store to exchange and risking not getting same bike.
