I love how wowgo offers many options to choose from. Whether you want a logo or without, its your choice! They really do care about our feedbacks and their customers and that's what sold me. They didn't just hook me up with another remote but also with another charger for free! Don't expect to get lucky as me considering that it was around Christmas when I asked them if I can get another pair of charger. All around, great customer service, fast shipping(only when the package arrives to its facility) and great Electric Skateboard. Mine took overall 8-9 days to deliver straight to my front door here where I live in Arizona. I bought the 5.5ah LG without knowing that the Samsung 4.4ah has better performance and if I have known that in the beginning, I would have gone with 4.4ah Samsung. After riding the board for awhile, it completely changed my mind about getting a lower lasting battery that has the better performance because, the LG battery seems to satisfy me. Thanks wowgo2. Just waiting on the waterproof IP Rating. There is one out there for a lot lower price and basically the same specs if not better and it has a waterproof ip rating and that company is called ownboard skateboard. Overall I don't regret purchasing my wowgo2 but my next Eboard will definitely be the ownboard because of its waterproof rating and a tad lower buy.

Before I purchased this board, I did a ton of legwork ahead of time. I didn’t want to send 1500.00 bucks on something I may only use a few times. I felt like this was the best deal for the best product by far. (I was checking into Boosted, Meepo, evolve, etc.). I received a Gen 2 board with the M deck and the Samsung battery. It came with all of the normal accessories and everything had a very professional finish. The box was lined in packing foam and the board was wrapped in plastic with no dust...again very professionally packed. Total order/delivery time to North Carolina (USA) was 23 calendar days. I started the ride in the neighborhood and I had never ridden an electric skateboard before. I have several Pennyboards, Nickleboards, and have ridden Sector-9 longboards, but this was my first shot on the electric skateboard. I started in house on hardwood floors. It was easy to use the low mode and start and stop but the brakes were definitely something to get used too. I took the board up and down the street a few times in low and then medium mode. Speed was much better in medium mode. One trip around the block and I opted for High mode. The acceleration is much better just be sure you anticipate the braking. I am in a smaller town (60,000 people) and I can say that people are at a loss when they see me cruising along the road. I have been stopped 2x in 2 days for people to ask me questions and one time someone just pulled up to me and rolled down the window to ask me how it worked. It is awesome fun. My only suggestion would be for the owners to do more Social Media to promote the product. Meepo has hundreds of videos and there are only a few on Wowgo. I will post one eventually but promote, promote, promote...it is well worth it. I can’t recommend this product enough. 400 bucks worth of fun in the first 30 minutes.

I'll will flat out just say buy the WowGo and you wont be disappointed!!!!!.....I was considering the WowGo board because my budget doesn't justify spending $1500 on an electric skateboard. As a bit of a nerd and a touch of obsessive behavior I spent a month reading everything I could find from considering a DIY project or something around the $600 - $800 limit. I watched countless you tube reviews of available boards and DIY tutorials. On a REDDIT forum I read Positive comments about a quality budget board named WowGo and watched every video on you tube with the WowGo and it was the only board that was liked by every reviewer. They may have had an opinion or two about improvements but ultimately thought the board was a great value. I watched every video that the company owner posted on you tube and was impressed by his Humble approach to showing his factory, the assembly process, quality control tests on every board. I also appreciated that he also posted video of himself actually riding the board showing that it actually performs exactly as claimed. Every comment I could find anywhere online was positive about the owner and his commitment to product reliability and customer satisfaction. I was left with the reassuring idea that if I gave this man my hard earned money that I would not regret the decision. Ok I want to buy the WowGo board! Using their website to purchase the WowGo Board was very user friendly and intuitive. I instantly received Email confirmation of my order with Tracking number. Clicking on the number linked right to FED EX. Very professional and customer friendly experience! The Board arrived in an unmarked box that didn't scream "Cool Electric skateboard inside Please steal me!!!!" (much appreciated as I was worried about that) The packaging was equally impressive and well thought out with no damage to my awesome new Esk8t. Very solid construction and just looks and feels like it will last a long time. Too the big concern of buying a Budget board...

Bought a wowgo for a conversion, and it is as delivered even faster than advertised! I did have some trouble with h the esc later-on, but Jason was very responsive and very nice and send me a new esc with case right away. Awesome performance and an even more awesome service!
