I called to return my order, which is still in the box. The customer service rep was very pushy about keeping it to try. She told me I would receive an email explaining the return procedures, but I never received the email. I do have the RA# and will be returning it on Monday.

It was a bit difficult
It was a bit difficult to find some things I was looking for & hard to tell if my coupon had been accepted. As I use it more I'm sure I'll get better. I love the make-up & look forward to adding to my collection.

The make up was too yellow, I would like to exchange the color for a lighter one. I have several bottles that are still sealed, can I do an exchange? Why do you keep sending me make up if I didn’t order it. I don’t want to be on an automatic order. I don’t want to keep paying for something I didn’t order. Please respond.

Hi there, i'm not happy
Hi there, i'm not happy with the color medium kit, it is way to yellow. I sent in my pic to get a better match, it came back medium kit again. I look like a Clown. Also, i ordered the color correction kit peach/green (18$+s&h)! Did not even use it, it was almost emty on arrival. I'm really disappointet. I do want to cancel the monthly subscription, since the color does not match. Really disappointet! 😔

False advertising! Web page stated 'free shipping over $50'; they charged shipping on an order over $80. NO mention of currency on the webpage; very deceiving.

I placed an order several weeks ago with express shipping, to-date I have yet to receive products. After asking to speak with a supervisor I was denied and told, rep supervisor was too busy. There was also a discrepancy with the items that I ordered and the amount quoted at time of purchase. I was asked to send a copy of my bank statement. Why would I do that? Very disappointed with customer service. I am a professional makeup artist and a few of my friends use products. I requested a credit to my credit card.

I love the sprayer and
I love the sprayer and am learning how to use it. However I was disappointed that I paid the extra to get the 2 extra foundations and can’t use them at all because I picked a shade that was my skin tone but all 4 bottles sent to me are a different shade so I am only able to use 1 of the 4 sent which is really disappointing!
