Ships well. Arrives frozen. Lighter to pick up than you think. Appreciate the green foam and recyclable conscious packaging. Honestly, I think a lot of thought and care went into execution of food, packaging, and directions. Really appreciate it as a whole.

The Fed Ex delivery service
The Fed Ex delivery service has been good and bad. We have a picket fence and a gate infant of our house. If the gate is open the driver drops the box near our front door. When it is closed he drops the box over the fence. One time he dropped the box over the gate entrance blocking the use of the gate. I use a cane and this lack of service has presented a real problem

Shipping always comes when it
Shipping always comes when it says. The box is heavy and awkward to get into the house. There is a lot of packaging but some is recyclable. The meals are not to my taste and far to expensive to continue.

Excellent customer service and shipping seems to be on track for my weekly deliveries.

I select my weekly menu,
I select my weekly menu, it ships out, and I receive it in a timely manner well packed with dry ice. I transfer all the meals into my freezer drawer, and then the easy part is baking a meal, heating it up and getting a wonderfully prepared, balanced meal, my kitchen stays clean, and I didn't have to go to the grocery store. And my body feels the results by way of weight loss, higher libido, higher energy level, and my meditation is more positive. What more can you ask for from a meal. Thank You.
