Terrible experience
I ordered 2 tiaras for my wedding and the style didn’t work for me. Returned them within few days and never received my refund. I kept emailing their customer support team and no one even bothered to respond. Don’t waste your time and money!

I can’t emphasis to all the brides out there looking for bouquets for their big day. Vanessa was absolutely amazing if you want the second to none attention look no further. It can be very nerve wrecking ordering something you see in a picture. Don’t worry what you see is what you get with Superb quality. Totally recommend 💐

Top Class Product Top Class Service
I sensed the products from Topknot Tieras and Veils were class and now I’ve received my shrug I’m even more impressed. It’s absolutely top quality and I can’t wait to wear it in 2 days time. BUT even more impressive is the top quality customer service I received from Vanessa. And I say that with the experience of being in a customer service environment myself for 30+ years, knowing what it takes to become recognised as providing award winning customer service. It’s the little things that make the difference. You see yesterday I realised the Royal Mail had messed up my delivery and, with 2 days to the wedding I was left distraught. After speaking to Vanessa she went over and above my expectations, making other plans way into the night. I’d say she must have great relationships as she managed to arrange another delivery which arrived by mid day! Obviously it’s not something she should need to do, but she did it with compassion and empathy (the 2 key elements to successful relationships). She kept in contact last night and this morning to keep me up to date. SO it’s a top class review from me. I’d recommend highly.

Terrible customer service
Bought a paid of wedding shoes at £14 discount. Item arrived with a hand written note saying “no refund on sale items”. Website stated no refund on 50% sale items and my order confirmation didn’t mention this at all. Contacted seller to query this to be told I was wrong. She then sent me a link to her website terms which have been amended to now say “no return of sale items”. I have the screenshots from 24 hours before which clearly say different. Changing the website and being rude to a customer is terrible service. Buyer beware! Sadly this seller doesn’t understand about consumer rights.
