The Rock Stir Fry Pan is the favorite of pans in my kitchen! Living with my sons in their 20"s, the Rock is the pan for my home. This stir fry pan is incredibly tough and durable with its rock like finish. So easy to clean and works well with any kitchen utensil, even metal, as it will not scratch. I find its a very versatile pan, as I also shallow fry in it and make sauces and curries. Even heat distribution allows for even cooking. My favorite pan in the rock range!!

I use the Baccarat Rock Frying Pan to cook vegetables for dinner and also to make crispy bacon for breakfast. The pan is really easy to clean and also holds the temperature evenly. I love that the pan is hard to scratch and it has a strong handle which doesn't get hot. I know I will be using it for many year.

I absolutely loved my cooking experience!! I purchased the unique Baccarat Rock 30cm Frypan for myself. This is a collection I very much wanted to use. I will most definitely be recommending this pan to friends. The staff at the Mandurah store are so knowledgeable. I learnt the Rock collection is made by Baccarat with a triple layer non stick rock like coating to make you feel like a Professional Chef in your own kitchen and very very very durable. I had decided to cook a ravioli dish with creamy sauce for my husband and I for dinner. First impressions the Rock Range would be best for a certain demographic. I was told that this frypan could be transferred to the oven directly from the cooktop which helps. I did appreciate the deeper sides of the pan. It opens up for a lot more liquid dishes which is great.

Pan is so easy to cook with. Love that it can go stove top to oven for a slow cooked Japanese Curry. Washing it is a breeze just hot soapy water and you are done. One of the best nonstick pans I have ever owned.
