Shipping can take some time, but Innersense always follows through. I wish they had a loyalty or rewards program — I’ve been using Innersense products forever (almost ten years!) and would be delighted to receive a present every few purchases.

The shipping is very slow. Best to be sure you order your product 2 weeks ahead of when you will need it. The website is easy to use however.

Shipping was smooth and shopping in their website was helpful to read all of the information and other reviews. It seems like a very solid company but the products just weren’t my “holy grail”

Love the clean ingredients but disappointed in how product actually held up. Also a little disappointed in return process—it will cost me way too much to return so will have to eat the cost of a product I will no longer use.
