The product is packaged very carefully with each panel covered with a thin protective plastic so make sure you check each one to remove them before installation, speaking from experience. Assembly is easy and I was able to put it together myself. Makes a great compliment to any garden.

Love the product. The only hiccup was that I ordered a color that was allegedly in stock but then was informed that it wasn't after I ordered it. They fixed the issue as soon as I chimed in to complain though. Customer service was very responsive to the issue. . .

Great products and support responsiveness. Suggestions for improvements: - please quality check the audio background when calling support. There was so much background noise it was difficult for me to hear. - I installed the soil saver option in my 32 inch high, 9. 5 x 2. 5 beds. I found no where documented the specific order of the side panels. I had to dis assemble one half as the short sides were attached to the corners. - Consider a Tips And Tricks page. For example, I did not have any help with assembly and placement. I used bricks to elevate the beds to access the bottom bolts and assembled the boxes in half to move and set them in place over the irrigation pipes. I used the bricks again to raise the beds to complete assembly.

Nice selection of seeds

One of the boxes was completely busted open on now end by the time it got to us. Luckily, no pieces were missing. Shipping was delayed a couple times.
