Best boarding ever! This is our 2nd time sending my hammy Yuan Yuan here and he loves it. Got mei nu jie jie to watch on him haha 😄 we will send him here again for sure. Their services i would say its super 5 stars and efficient!

I always book with THH when I'm traveling and need someone to take care of my ham. They're very reliable, with staff that are experienced in taking care of hamsters and the cage set up is also really good. Also love the WhatsApp updates to keep up to date with how my ham is doing. They treated my hammys like king and queen. Helped us with nail trimming and cleanings for them. Update us with the progress. Will surely choose them again in the future.

My picky boy has been staying at the Hamster Hotel many times. Hotel staff has taken care of him very well and timely informed me of his condition. So far, he’s happy with every stay and will be back again.

This is my 3rd time boarding with them with the longest being 3 weeks. Staff are observant for the daily checks, and noticed a red bump on the underside of my hamster, which thankfully cleared after a week of daily cleaning (saving me from a visit to the vet!) 🤩 Can see that the team cares for the hamsters as if it's their own pet, and really appreciate the range of amenities available to tap on as required! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to board their hammies! 😊

Booked my Hammie stay for a week. I was pleasantly surprised by how big, cool and cozy the stay. The service is excellent, my hamster got to choose the food before she checked-in and she got her health checked daily. I’m Tofu and I’ve stayed at The Hamster Hotel twice now. I had been very well taken care of during both my stays. I love the HUGE “room” and all the amenities - thick bedding where I can tunnel, wheel to keep me busy at night.. Food is yummy and I even gained weight by the time my family picked me up! Looking forward to my next stay in November!!

Good selection of healthy food and snack for hamsters. And the selection of accessories for their home is fantastic too.

Boarded my hammies for two nights with the Hamster Hotel. From viewing to booking to confirmation, the whole process was easy and fuss free. Good quality seed mix and sprays were provided during their stay in spacious acrylic tanks with lovely natural theme set up. Appreciated the 24/7 cctv access and daily check provided as it was my hammies first time away from home. Much thanks to Glen and his team!

Lolo was absolutely spoilt for choice, with lots of different substrates, hideouts and the best caregiving ever. The staff were wonderful, patient and so attentive - they even tried different treats to see what Lolo liked best. Lolo’s a medical case and requires daily medicine, and the staff gave a very detailed daily log (even to whether sneezing was observed, weight each day etc). Was also able to observe him through the CCTV that they gave us access too as well. 10/10, strongly recommend, will be boarding him there again very soon! He was one very very happy hamster.

My BB had his boarding with Glenn from 25/03 - 31/03. He is spoilt with food n treats while he was boarding with Glenn. BB was a senior hamster coming to 2 years with some respiratory issue, Glenn is very attentive to his condition and give updates on him daily. Glenn fed him the medication gave him the neubilisation needed. I will definitely recommend The HamsterHotel and board my hamster with him again if I am going for holiday again in future.
