When I took a different direction with my career and no longer worked from home, it instantly became more difficult to meal plan on a daily basis. The result was a dramatically increased cost of evening meals by driving to the local grocery deli, take out, etc. Trying to eat healthy and economically, I wanted to give Brava a try to see if the 'no warm-up' of the oven/grill would improve our ability to eat at home. While during this pandemic, I (and now my wife) have embraced it as a solution to the problem, as one night I had salmon and broccoli dinner ready to eat within 15 minutes of starting to cut the package of salmon open. Delicious. Healthy. Quick turn-around. Awesome.

We are hunkered down in CT because of COVID and I FINALLY started using the Brava. It has taken me from a very resentful cook, to someone who can't wait to make the next meal which is timing nicely with my family asking for food 24/7. Everything is delicious, and it's so easy-we just love it! Tonight we are making the carne asada tacos from the recipe book, they are amazing! Cannot thank you enough for creating this incredible machine. The kids even use it for hash browns and frozen food. Thank you so much!

It took my mom a lot of convince me to get to buy the Brava. Mostly because I did not believe that something that good existed! When I received it in the mail I used it that same day and all I can say....it was love at first sight!!! It is soooo easy and the meals come out just perfect. Love it!!!

Really impressed. Can do many things much easier and faster. Importantly it allows you to easily explore other avenues for preparing food. All sorts of food and meals from fired and poached eggs to any kind of casseroles. I learn something new almost every day.

What a great oven. And backed by a company that is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for your time and assistance to replace my temperature probe after I lost mine. Quick and easy. And by the way, the best meals you can imagine come out of my Brava.

As a physician resident I live a very busy life, with minimal time to cook a nice healthy meal. I can cook anything I desire in just minutes. The best thing is I can prep, put the food in my Brava oven, and go take a shower or get work done. It's genius and cooks FAST. I actually love the fact that I can also check on my food through the Brava app! It's amazing- packed with so many delicious recipes suggestions tailored to your dietary preference. It's been such a game-changer. I highly recommend!

We really love the Brava! :) We sadly use it most for turkey bacon & asparagus. But we use it on a lot more, that's just the stuff we use it for most. We need to get the egg pans so we can do breakfasts too! We love the fact you can see your food cooking & hope someday they come out w/ a large size we can get for our kitchen to replace the outdated P.O.S. that's there currently! Worth every penny!

If you are single or a couple then the Brava is definitely worth considering. It does everything it is advertised to do. Saves time, saves energy, cook healthier. You do need to learn to cook all over again but the step by step menus help you do that. Soon you will be comfortable enough to in manual mode. Only thing that would make it better if it was about 50% bigger. You can't fit a chicken larger than 3lbs in it.

I got mine for a Christmas gift and although I am still learning... I love mine. Wish there were more tutorials, but maybe there are and I just haven't found them? I do love the things I have figured out and used it for and will continue to experiment with it!

I'm stuck at home in quarantine and I don't know what I would do without Brava! With Brava, I can work at home, take care of kids, and eat amazing food, without any sacrifice. These times have been really tough, and while I've always loved my Brava, I've never been happier than now.

I enjoy using it. it’s so simple. However, the one piece of meat I cannot perfect is steak. Why can this be? If anyone reading can share some wisdom please do so.

Ever since we got our Brava two years ago, it has become an integral part of our breakfast/lunch/snack/dining experience. I love the simplicity and speed - and that I can get creative if I want to. It still blows my mind that I can now cook proteins and vegetables on the same tray, in the same time period. And Brava cooks some of the best salmon & chicken I have ever tasted....can’t live without it. And oh yes, my big Wolf oven....I now end up only using it for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I bought the Brava on the suggestion of a dear friend thinking to would have a positive incremental effect on our family cooking. However it’s been nothing but incremental. The Brava is NON incremental aka life changing. Not only does it preserve enhance and improve texture but it keep everything so moist and delicious. We use it everyday 3-5 times a day at least and we are able to save massive amounts of time while cooking for the kids and deliver the family a healthier product. I am a life long fan and out this alongside my iPhone as how to has enhanced my life. Thank you Brava team!

I am taking a year off of work. I never learned to cook because my babysitters usually threw something together before I got home, and if not I would grab take out or make pasta. I am not particularly interested in learning to cook, but I want everyone sit down together to eat healthy food without begging for a bowl of cereal, and I love having friends over for casual dinners. I realized quickly that my year off was going to be full of burned salmon, dry chicken, soggy vegetables and dinner parties with take out. I got the Brava after two months of misery - and it drove a sea change. Now, my dinners are reliably delicious, I spend very little time in the kitchen, and my three teenagers all look forward to family dinner. I don't know how to make a perfect (or even good) chicken or salmon, but the Brava does, and that is all I need. I can have several families over for dinner and know that my dinner will be delicious. The Brava took away all of the uncertainty for me. I spend less time, and I make great meals. I have spent most of my working life dreaming of this year off and I know that it sounds dramatic to give Brava so much credit for my dreams come true, but I do.

When I first looked at the Brava I thought to myself - that is kind of expensive for a toaster oven. Then I kept researching and I was curious to try it out. I bought it and never, ever regretted getting it! Here are all the reasons I am in love with my Brava: 1. It is foolproof - You have to go through the prompts to get it to work - so if I put it in the wrong space in the oven - BOOM, it will let me know. 2. I can cook multiple things at once....Veggies, proteins, starch - and it all comes out perfect. 3. I can override whatever is happening in the oven with my phone - this has been a game changer for my disabled son!! 4. The community is amazing - so many people in social media willing to help! 5. A company that truly cares for their customer! If you are thinking about buying it and are on the fence - DO IT! You can thank me later!

We are obsessed with our Brava - and with a baby on the way, it's perfect timing to make home cooking easier! So far, we've used it for full course dinners, breakfast and snacks. It's awesome that you can buy the food/ingredients that you want, season or dress however suits you, then simply arrange it on the pan and cook away! The learning curve is super simple with instructions included and helpful emails that illustrate how to use, or contact customer service for help - they're readily available. Love that you can quit it and forget it with the app to track your cooking from the other room. The filet was cooked perfectly, along with the broccolini and potatoes - and so great that you can adjust temps to your personal taste. We just used our leftover potatoes to quickly cook up the next morning for an addition to the over-hard eggs we made for breakfast! As for the snack - seriously, best way to cook taquitos or anything you normally cook in the toaster oven (pizza bites, etc.) - we couldn't believe how crispy they were ALL the way through - you just can't get that in a toaster oven, or even or even regular oven! The light technology and smart sensing functionality ensures that your food is evenly cooked. It's just great. Helps us to cook at home, even when you're feeling lazy or are short on time. Couldn't be happier!

My husband asked for the Brava for his Christmas gift. We are both primarily vegetarian and love the recipes, ease and speed of cooking two different vegetables at a time. We would love to see more recipes from the Brava chefs with different spices.

I was eating out and ordering delivery almost every day. Brava made it easy for me to eat healthy AND save money. Being able to cook a full meal with the touch of a button makes cooking and cleanup so much less time consuming so I can tackle everything else in my day.

...but actually! Cooking with LIGHT. It's insane. I can't believe that I can cook two totally different dishes at once and it comes out perfectly. I used to eat out all the time but now I can have great meals easily at home.
