I ordered a case of plastic plates for the holidays along with some matching cups and utensils. Everything was as ordered, came quickly and in good condition. Price was much better than if I'd bought them retail. No complaints!

I enjoy working with smartyhadaparty.com. They have great, different party items available. One package of plates came damaged and they sent out a replacement immediately. Unfortunately I didn't notice until too late that they sent me the wrong napkins. I recieved a completely different pattern than what I had ordered. It was too late to make a change so I just went with it. Next time I will have to check earlier. This was disappointing, but not a deal breaker for future orders.

I was unable to reach by phone but my email was answered right away even on Father’s Day. My minor issue was resolved and the correct product sent immediately. Thank you very much

We were very pleased st the accuracy and speediness of the wedding plates and all we ordered arriving!

Smarty Had carries some of the most elegant catering disposables line available today. Always look forward to seeing their new stuff. Their customer service is somewhat inadequate as I never received the full refund amount for damaged portions of a recent shipment. Would have preferred to receive replacement instead of promised-refund.

The napkins were exactly what we needed. They set the tables off.
