ROOM booths are perfect for our open plan office space. We tried another brand but the difference in the quality of the materials and construction make ROOM phone booths a worthwhile investment. We experienced an issue with our last phone booth order -drilled holes did not align properly, which made assembly challenging but the installation partner was excellent throughout the process and returned as promised to ensure everything was correctly assembled. Our most recent order was for phone booth stools which I highly recommend. We tried other stools but the ROOM chairs are sturdy, comfortable, the right size and come pre-assembled. Overall, products are excellent. The only area for improvement is the timeliness of customer service responses

We have owned two ROOM's within the last six years and we are completely happy with the ROOM itself and the customer service. Aside from our team using the ROOM on a daily basis (we are a marketing agency), we have also found an unexpected use - podcasting. If you are looking for a perfect space for podcasting, this is it! No need to try and upfit rooms with sound padding - it won't be as good as what we have with the ROOM. The fans in the unite are quiet enough that they are never picked up on the recordings. I highly recommend this for officers with open floor plans and podcasting!
