This is a lovely sturdy chair that looks great in our space. I was hoping to be able to use it as our everyday high chair in our small-ish apartment but the material just gets so messy and isn't great to clean – I don't want to have to take it apart every few meals to wash it. Also the gap between the mat and the chair as others have mentioned isn't ideal and contributes to the chair itself getting dirty every meal. I'm sure it will be great for travel/restaurant use. In the meantime I intend on keeping it set up on our kitchen island just as a seat to place our baby in while I cook meals etc.
