I bought my knife set about a year ago. Since then, most of the knives have become dull and are rusting. I bought Ginsu knives because they were supposed to always be sharp, let alone not rust. I will be letting my friends and family know to avoid Ginsu products as they are no longer the value they used to be, and I doubt will ever return to the level of quality it once was. As it is, they are no better than what you find at Walmart no matter what the other reviews say.

I've had another set of Ginsu knives over 10 years ago. But when I moved I decided 2 try the Walmart brand until I could afford the newer Ginsu line. My cooking has expended & the other brand Fab.. just couldn't hold up to the daily uses & it was rusting after 2 yrs. So my journey began & I found the website finally.. It was awesome, I finally got my knives, I ordered these ones Chikara Series: 12 Piece Cutlery Set with Toffee Block. I got these because I type aloy & have the beginning stages of. tendinitis. I am SUPER happy with these it cuts like butter and the handling of these is easy on my wrists. I'm very happy with this set. The color of the wood block reminds me of Koa wood in Hawaii, where I'm from. I appreciate their recommendation on where I can send my knives to sharpen. Definitely buying these for Christmas gifts.. 🤗

The blender jar is made of plastic. So after a couple of months of use, the three little plastic projections which are used to turn on the blender break and the blender becomes useless. You should make replacement parts available. You should substitute the plastic jar with a glass jar. Otherwise I liked the product.

Could't find the product I was looking for so emailed an inquiry. Within a day I received a response with a link to their web site where the product was located. Ordered and the product was delivered in the time frame given. Great product and excellent customer service.

After reading several reviews,I chose your knife set.These are perfect!!! He loves them!! They handle well. They are extra sharp. They look great. Fit good on your hand. We love them. I called customer service to find out which of their knife blocks would be best for the Ginsu knives I had just purchased. The customer service person knew absolutely NOTHING!!! about these products. I then bought a knife block from another company. The Ginsu knives are great but they seem to employ people who don't know much about their products. Not a good plan on their part!

The website was satisfactory. The customer service phone number is very hard to find on the website and is not on the bill of lading. Once I did find the phone number customer services is very limited in its hours and it took 5 days to resolve the problem. The CSR was helpful and polite. The problem has finally been resolved. Thank you

The knives are great. They fit nicely in the block and look to fit in with my kitchen decor.
