It works as both a sofa and a bed. Very comfortable and easy to operate. The length is very long and can make finding sheets tough, would be great if sleepahh sold some specific length sheets too! Service was great and it was carried and assembled into the room and final position.

Can’t get a refund from this company after THEY cancelled the order.

Was not in stock, 3 days later I chased and the item was broken so they had to make a new one (6-week timeline). 5 weeks Later, we arranged for delivery for the 6th week. . . it fell of the back of the lorry, will take another 3 weeks to make a new one. Was offered the new sofa, and 50% off, then changed their mind to 40%, then back to 50%. A week later, we arranged delivery for the following week. . . . 2 days later, we received a refund and we canceled your order with no discussion. All through he process I had to chase constantly and they were not forthcoming with info exactly, don't think their sofas exist couldn't send pictures of the "broken sofas" and would not recommend our approach again. Stay clear

Delivery was an issue, arrived fully assembled despite organising a break down before. Second delivery successful, re-assemblement completed quickly with really friendly delivery guys! Very happy with the look of the sofa in the space and is comfy to sit and sleep on!

Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept up to date in the process of manufacturing to delivery. The sofa bed is great. Comfortable & easy to pull out & return to the sofa arrangement. Two guests have so far slept on it & both have praised the comfort.

Purchased an l shaped sofa bed. Customer service was fantastic up until I ordered my bed and I also ordered some swatches before making a final decision which arrived very quickly. I've had the sofa bed for a few weeks now, it's very comfortable as a sofa and as a bed. It's worth nothing that the sofa bed is very firm so if you're not comfortable with that, it might be worth investing in a mattress topper, but all in I can't complain, a fantastic purchase and great addition to my living room :)

Prompt customer service and easy delivery

I did some research to make the best decision when buying a sofa and I am so happy I went for Sleepahh. Their customer service was very efficient, replying to my emails quickly, only thing is I ordered some fabric samples and never arrived, but they refunded the postage fee I paid. Delivery time was not ideal but it seems a common thing with sofas... but when it finally arrived I couldn't be happier! It is sturdy and well built, colour is beautiful (teal) and so comfortable! The fabric is great to the touch and to clean (as I have a cat). Overall super satisfied with my purchase and totally recommend.
