Synergy768 was great! They did exactly what they said they would do, and the installation was efficient with no wires visible. I highly recommend them.

Got two estimates and this was the best. I totally forgot his name but the guy came out on time, explained to me what he was going to do to install my Tesla Wall Charger and immediately commenced his work. He was done in about 3.5 hours and I was able to watch him most of the time. He wasn’t bothered by me being there but I made sure I wasn’t pestering him too much. Very professional and courteous. Now my Tesla Wall Charger is up and running and I am a super happy camper!! Get other estimates from other companies and you’ll end up coming back to this company. I was able to send pics of the breaker box, the location where to mount the wall charger and pics of the subpanel for them. They gave me an estimate by email, I approved and emailed them back and they set up an appointment to come by and do the job. SO SIMPLE AND SO EASY TO DEAL WITH!!! AND SO REASONABLE WAS THE PRICE!!! Under $900 if you really needed to know.

Great experience from start to finish! Lala was excellent. She came to my house and went through the entire details of the project. Spent time understanding the needs and requirements. She also reviewed current bills and recommended systems based on my goals. Her crew Anthony, Mike & AC were all excellent. Clean, respectful & always helpful and I definitely recommend and/or would use them again in the future!

Got a Tesla charger installation done in my garage today. It was done in a little over 2 hours, faster than I expected at a reasonable price ($780). There was a team of 2 for this job. I took care of the permit and scheduled the final inspection myself, which saved me $560. Permit was only $55. Found the building permit application online (pdf) at the city of Tracy website, filled out the form at home, printed it out and brought it with me to the address on the application. Permit was issued right away after paying. Quick and easy. Synergy 768 was listed on Tesla’s website as an electrician in my area that can install the Tesla charger. Best to call for an appointment. When I used their website to enter my contact info, no one contacted me. After waiting many days, and no one contacted me, I decided to call. Spoke to Lala, who handled all communication with me. Needed photos of circuit breaker, installation location, and view of open garage from street before receiving proposal. 10 days later, job is done. They don’t do charger installs on Thursdays and Fridays. Those days are reserved for solar panels installs. Would have been able to get the charger installed within 5 days of calling, but I was waiting for the charger that I ordered online to be delivered from Tesla via FedEx. Originally scheduled the install 5 days ago, but rescheduled it because of delay in receiving charger. Don’t have my Tesla Model 3 yet, but I’m looking forward to charging it when the car is ready. Overall, I’m happy with Synergy 768 and would recommend this company for a Tesla charger install. I already have solar panels installed in my home a few years ago from a different company.

You won’t find anyone better in providing excellent customer service than Edwin. The owner of this business takes the extra time to make sure things are done right, above code and up to the highest level of expectations. He is very meticulous, professional, prompt and above all else, builds relationships with customers. He is a business owner that understands that work quality and time matters to all of us! He is not a pay-and-done individual as he will follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied, and he makes sure his employees exhibit the same qualities. As far as experience and qualifications go, he is a certified general contractor in California, an actual electrical engineer, and has worked both locally and abroad with big telecom companies.

I have to admit that the owner of this company is a good friend. You might think that this review is not fair. Yes, it is not fair because Edwin is the hardest working person I know! He is a perfectionist. He is fair and always does a great job! He recently installed my NEST temperature and HELLO doorbell. I can’t believe I waited this long to get these products. Ed did such a great job installing these smart home devices. It is so cool to be able to see who is in front of my house 24/7. And my NEST temperature is smarter than me! It learns my temperature habits. Thanks again Edwin for being a great company!

Both Anthony and Ed did a great job installing my Tesla Wall Charger. I am very happy with their professional installation. At first, the wall charger didn’t work. But both Ed and Anthony kept in touch with me to guide me on how to get the wall charger working by pressing the charger hard into the Tesla unit. Now I don’t have to press it hard, and the wall charger works like a charm. Thanks, Anthony and Ed. They even called me on the weekends to make sure I was happy with their work and to see if there was anything else they could help with.
