What I loved MOST about this experience was learning how to adjust for additional ingredients into the handmade pasta dough! And Chef Tucker’s recipe and patient guidance on the TS take on this viral dish resulted in an absolutely perfect dish in which the black truffles and spinach truly elevate the social media trendy dish. We topped ours with roasted sweet peppers. Thank you!
