My purchases always arrive quickly and in perfect condition. The presentation is so lovely that I almost hate to open the gift box. But only almost. . . Things are exactly as photographed and described. I especially like seeing a photo with a close up of someone wearing the earrings. I have definitely found a jewelry home.

The ring was shipped to me. The packaging was lovely and it was a very smooth process. I needed to resize it and Cross was very accommodating and suggested the option of coming in to have a jeweler help with the sizing. The service was wonderful and his advice was spot on. A five star experience.
