ICON Meals makes it easier to stay on track with my health journey and counting macros. I have an autoimmune disease that requires me to eat clean to avoid inflammation. Since eating ICON Meals, my markers have been perfect. I order from the Signature Menu and Custom option. The meals arrive perfectly packaged in dry ice, each labeled with macro information. The food tastes fantastic. With my busy schedule, I enjoy the convenience of having a healthy meal in less than three minutes, with no preparation or cleanup. Customer Service is the best! I had delivery issues with one order due to the carrier; customer service replaced my complete order and ensured the next order arrived fresh and when expected.

Meals are really good, very filling. Orders are received quickly & in good quality. So convenient. My husband & I have been spending Sunday afternoons meal prepping for the week for years. Then we are stuck eating the same thing for the next 7 days. Icon has given us back our Sundays, we now have something different to eat every day & for a very affordable price.
