Great pool (heated) and atmosphere. Overall a nice day. Con: Food and beverage service was challenging. You order in the lobby bar (downstairs from the pool), which says it opens at noon, but at 1:45pm, after tracking someone down, I was told they don’t open until 2pm. It could be due to the holidays, but a warning or a sign would be helpful. Besides the food and beverage situation, the experience was good and I would return.

Great service

Resort pass was extremely simple to use. We just purchased a spa experience online and we received text messages to confirm our appointment time and any special requests we needed for our visit. We will definitely use Resort Pass to explore spas and pools in the cities we visit in the future!

Easy to use

Resort Pass is a wonderful way to enjoy a pool or beach if you don't have either at your hotel. Lots of choices available.

Pool, beach, and service were nice and welcoming. Easy to access amenities and they treated us like hotel guests.

Resort pass was the best thing invented, especially if you looking for day trips or traveling with long layovers. I booked the day of and there were no issues or confusion with my reservation. I will be using this app again and also recommending to my friends and family.

You guys did great but Great Wolf Lodge front desk person did not know how to handle and a manager had to step in when I told her I had paid and was not leaving although she said she could not find me in their system.
