Returned item on the 12. 09 and still not yet recieved my refund !

Not impressed with value lights . The customer support from Lilly was good but the company have serious issues with how they record returns i. e. I returned lamps but their return procedure did not register my returns and I was asked why I had not returned them. They also have issues with the courier they use ( EVRI) who misplaced parts of my order and they had to be replaced. . Value Lights have to look at their internal procedures to give customers a hassle free service .

Light didn’t work Waste of Money

The delivery was swift from value lights when Envi could not deliver within a week they made alternatives delivery arrangements that arrived next day. Cannot commend the service and products highly enough.
