Defective DVR
I got a defective DVR. This system keep rebooting all the time. Can not replay. Still working with the their customer service. They keep telling me to do certain things. If you do not no any about computer handling, what they want you to do will be very difficult. I will not recommend this unit.

Very nice just I could not use a Poe system. I use Wi-Fi,and ordered this one not knowing it was not Wi-Fi. Still waiting for my refund since 9/27 when I returned it. Thanks

don't know what happened to my original camera but it had to be replaced, got a new camera with really cool features I love it, went to ZOSI store online pointed there by my support expert Cathy purchased it, free shipping and a great price, came also in a timely manner ,my support guided me on hooking it up works great another happy customer , thanks ZOSI Ralph Fisher

It automatically disconnects if you don't use it for a while. It plain does not reconnect. Very unreliable. I had to toss it in the trash and get an Arlo. Piece of s. . t.

Lost package
I contacted you about missing package. After many emails and days I was told I should contact the insurance carrier that you use as I was charged for that service anyway. Not sure why I wasn’t just told this from the beginning.
