Outstanding Customer Service
The LED driver in my wife's Kimball & Young hardwired mirror failed at 9 years. The replacement came with an external driver incompatible with the existing mounting. This started a factory exchange with delays. Throughout this hassle Arthur, of Reflection Perfection Customer Service, worked as intermediary with the factory and me and saw the whole thing through to a satisfactory end. My wife's make-up station is back in operation and I am grateful for the support I received in a rather tangled transaction.
