I could never understand why my 62 year old mother kept falling. After she passed I took all jer shoes as we have the same size shoes. About 7 pairs. I now understand why she kept falling. I am 40 and keep tripping and falling when I wear them. I'm going to get rid of all of them. I'm so upset!

I have received the worst service ever. I ordered a pair of shoes and my mom ordered a pair of shoes then they mixed up our orders together and it was quite a mess to understand what was going on. Eventually I found the pair of shoes that was suppose to be mine but it’s not the color I wanted on the website looks different and then I chatted to someone on WhatsApp that said it is soft brown so I said it does not look like the website. I want a refund now they’re messing with me that I have to send them comparison photos of me and my mom shoes and they’re not helping me at all. They’re making me do so much effort for nothing that makes sense. If I received a pair of shoes I do not like the color, that is not the same on the website, I am entitled to a refund and the person on whatsapp is acting like I am not? I would rather show my support somewhere else.

I love my Aerosoft shoes. Two years back I started buying from the online store without any hassles. Yesterday I sent them a query on a specific color I am searching for. Not even 5 minutes and I received feedback with the code of that specific color. I ordered yesterday at 10h15 and this morning at 09h54 my shoes were delivered. I travel out of the country very frequently and my aerosoft jellos are the only shoes I take with. They look stylish and the little glittery flowers on top of the shoe looks elegant and feminine. I pack them in four colours - navy, black, brown and mink - and these colours match with all my clothes. On the aeroplane my feet don't feel swollen at all. When I work, I am on my feet from 06h00 in the morning till almost 19h00 and my feet don't feel tired, they are cool and ventilated and not sweaty at all. When I get to my hotel, I wash them with lukewarm soapy water and they are ready to wear in the morning. I have been using one set of Jellos in 6 colours since 2018 and this is the first time since then that I had to replace some of them and only because the little glittery flowers on the top of the shoe are a bit worn out. The rest of the shoe is still going strong. Thank you Elizme for going more than the extra mile to help me get my size in all my favourite colours yet again. Aerosoft is simply the best.

I am a Aersoft fan for many years but the shoes I ordered online 3 weeks ago are very small. I ordered three pairs - all to waste. Such a bad experience.

I have been wearing your Aerosoft Flip flops for the last 6 years. It is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn with support in all the right places. I live in flip flops as I am going through menopause, I have aches and pains in places I never even knew I had and my feet are always hot. I use to buy 2 pairs a year from Dischem but for some reason they stopped stocking them, Was so happy to find you guys online and registering on your website and ordering was so easy and delivery was in 2 days, I am super impressed.
