Senior Living Behavioral Health puts clinicians in assisted living facilities to do therapy with residents. The people who run this company are available whenever I have a question or concern about my work. The hours are great for an LCSW like me who wants to work during the day and be home in the evening for my family. I've looked at an identical service to this one but they didn't allow the clinician to see the patient for more than 20 minutes, even if the resident needed it. This place gives me the authority to see the patient as long as the patient needs. I appreciate that.

Talk Therapist Christa is awesome! She communicates well with staff members and residents. Response time from when a referral is made to evaluation is exceptional!

My grandfather was transferred to an Atria senior community after needing rehab for his hip. Obviously the adjustment of moving into a senior residence was tough for him, so they recommended we speak to a social worker. My grandfather has been seeing a therapist from Senior Living Behavioral Health at his residence for 2 months now. His adjustment has improved greatly. Now he is surprisingly back to his sweet self and enjoying being there!! We definitely can assume that a big part of this change was because of our wonderful therapist.

I have been working with Senior Living Behavioral Health for less than a year. I have been very pleased with everything about this company. The CEO, Evan Kaplan is extremely honest and supportive. Bruce the clinical director is also extremely supportive and available for any questions as well. If you like working with the elderly, this is the perfect job. I truly enjoy every day I go in and get the honor of counseling the residents and the flexibility is perfect if you are juggling your time between kids and perhaps another part-time job. This is my 1st time working as an Independent Contractor and my experience in doing this with SLBH has exceeded my expectations. I'm free of all the administrative work and can focus on what I do best... to see my patients and focus entirely on them. The company does all my billing and I get my pay as exactly as they said. But most of all, I really enjoy working with the seniors and I have to say that SLBH has made the process so easy for me.
