Was a long time customer but when they started having inventory issues that is when things went bad. It wasn't the fact that they had shortage problems that was the issue, it was the fact that they kept charging me for my subscription and then telling me after the fact that they didn't have something in stock. When I sent an email to customer service and was apologized to and told it wouldn't be an issue and it clearly was an issue for the next several months. Also, I requested the nutrient profile for each flavour as per my vets request (due to dietary concerns) and they would not provide this - which I think is super weird. They would only refer me to the ingredient list which is very different than a nutrient profile. Any good dog food company should be able to provide a nutrient profile for their food if they want to be transparent.

Rotten Food - Awful Customer Service
We have been puppy gang food since the beginning. For the last while now packages are not vacu sealed properly and the food has been bad. I have emailed customer service about this and all they are willing to do is offer a discount on a new order or apologize. They should be horrified. This company is just not the same since the new ownership. I will no longer be purchasing the puppy gang food.

What these ladies are doing is phenomenal! The selection and dedication put into each meal, well, let me say, every bowl is licked clean. My pups coats are shiny and their bellies are happy! They always look to me for seconds. Spend the time and money on great dog food, and visits to the vet will decrease! Thanks ladies for all that you do. All of us are exceptionally pleased!

Found this brand at the pet expo and have been ordering from them ever since! My dog absolutely loves Puppy Gang's meal kits. After switching her diet, I've noticed an improvement in her digestive system, so I'm a happy dog mom. 10/10 would recommend this!

Happy Heart
I’ve always worried about what my pets consume, knowing full well that dry kibble these days can be like feeding a bag of chips everyday…sustains, but not very healthy some of them…tried to learn about the raw diet however that became incredibly hard to balance…I found puppygang and my goodness my 15 week old pup ADORES these meals. Both of us have happy hearts, thank you thank you thank you for what you do!!!
