My experience with this company has been great so far. The first office chair I ordered from them was delivered quickly but had damage to the back, I was able to get a replacement back within a week. My first experience was so good that I decided to use them for a second chair and even before my credit card showed the transaction as completed the office chair was on its way. To top it off their prices are very reasonable even better than Amazon in some cases at least for chairs. Thank you OfficeCrave and maintain the level of service as that is hard to come by nowadays.
