20 bucks for a cabinet
20 bucks for a cabinet knob, and 13 dollars for shipping? A bit excessive. But I guess you had what I was looking for and I had to pay it. Still. TOO DAMN HIGH.

Explained there were problems with the web site, took my order and all went well. Happy to see the web site working today.

I had issues checking out and ultimately placed two of the exact same orders by accident. Before I even received the order confirmations, your customer service department called making sure there wasn't a mistake on my end. The issue was cleared up within 10 minutes of the orders taking place. This is unheard of and very much appreciated!
