I received a 'EUCALYPTUS GREEN CUDDLE NECK PILLOW' for my birthday .... love .. love .. love it. This first time I used it, I fell asleep in the middle of the day -- and this doesn't usually happen for me. It is soooooo relaxing ... you truly feel like you are at a spa ... with this neck pillow. Loved it so much, ordered 1 for my husband. Also, ordered 1 for my grandson who suffers from migraine headaches.... I think this will be MOST helpful for him. Thank you for making this product... my only regret -- is that I didn't have it sooner. Love these booties! I use them after my long runs and before bed and they're absolutely amazing! Love that they're handmade and the quality of the fabric and inserts are so nice. The first time I used them I noticed a hole in the bootie fabric. I messaged customer service and was answered back immediately and was sent a replacement bootie the next day :)

I have used Sonoma Lavender Companies products for years, love them. I usually buy at a local shop, but this time, the shop was out of what I needed. So I ordered directly with Sonoma Lavender Co. The order came within 2 days, super fast. I had ordered 3 eucalyptus oils but they sent lavender by accident. I emailed customer services, I got a response within hours, they apologized for sending the wrong scented oils, they are sending me the correct scent and said for me to keep the lavender oils and to enjoy! Wow! Now that's customer service. Shelli was amazing! As Shelli stated in my email with her, "who can't use a little lavender love right now" Love that! They have a customer for life now.
