This is a good product, it is expensive, but the price from WWC is fair with what everyone else is charging. The company itself is great, very responsive Customer Service.

I purchased a sample size of this product intending on using it in my bakes. It shipped fast and was well packaged. It did come with hard clumps — customer service explained it was intended for ice cream! I missed that info before ordering. It does taste like chocolate ice cream. I will stick with other cocoa types for my breads, but this was an interesting taste test and World Wide Chocolate’s customer service could not have been better.

Two things I've experienced here: First, kind professional customer service is not a thing of the past. I had believed that it was dead, but it is very much alive and well here at WWC. Second, I never imagined that chocolate this exquisite even existed. This chocolate, along with the health benefits from dark chocolate, have elevated my nightly bedtime cup to a much anticipated pleasure.

These are my partner’s favorite chocolates, and they’re hard to find in stores. We were so happy to stumble upon them here, and on sale! The shells are as decadent and beautiful as we remembered.

I have a micro bakery business, and these are my go to chocolate wafers for my signature chocolate chip pecan sea salt cookies. People are in love with them, and when they ask why they are so good- I tell them 1) the butter and 2) the CHOCOLATE! I mean a chocolate chip cookie better have some damn good chocolate in it. Guittard is some of the best. I was buying them in little bags, which was costing me a lot. Thankfully as I got busier, I was able to buy them in bulk from World Wide Chocolate!
