I was impressed with this company since I first walked in. They were very helpful, even giving my 10 year old son a mini tutorial in computer hardware. Shortly after I visited, we went to shelter in place, and I decided to buy a laptop from them. I picked it up curbside with no problem and the refurbished computer I bought works great and is faster than my wife’s new Microsoft Surface! I will recommend them to anyone looking to recycle electronics, or who needs a computer.

Triangle Ecycling is a non-profit, good-for -the-planet and people Company (I love that they give away refurbished computers to kids in need). They have great service and products. Larry and Chris couldn't be more helpful to me, a tech. challenged customer. All this they carried out with a sense of humor. They helped me get the perfect computer for what I needed for trouble free zooming for my now virtual therapy groups from my Psychology office in Chapel Hill. I am forever grateful to Gabriel at The Computer Cellar for recommending them. I'm looking forward to when Triangle Ecycling is again able to take donated computers.

I was looking for a used computer for my 18 year old daughter, and someone in my neighborhood google group recommended Triangle Ecycling. I spoke with the owner on my first call, and was impressed by his knowledge, sense of humor and desire to help. When we visited the store I was struck by the great good these folks were doing, and the pride they took in their mission and their products I ended up with an excellent computer at a great price, and the folks there have helped with follow up questions each time we called. Just bought a second computer from them for my step-son. When you can get a good product at a great price and support a very worthwhile cause - that's a true win!

I rebuild systems for people who can't afford new computers and repurpose business machines for home and non-profit use. I have been dealing with Larry's staff for years and their mission, service, and staff are with every star I could give them. They are honest, dependable, and always learning new ways to help their community.

Out of the Several Refurbs that I have bought from this company, I have only had minor issues with a few of them . The hardware seems to be very solid so far, and I'm about a year in without hardly any failures.

I purchased a MacBook from a different company on the internet, and the first time I used it, it shut down four times. I went to Triangle e-Cycling and got a similar one that was cheaper and works wonderfully! Plus, I got to meet the man who refurbished it. I will go there for future computer buys and tell all my friends that Triangle e-Cycling is the way to go.

Their technical staff went above and beyond in assisting me when I needed help on a technical issue. TE offers a wide variety of computers, laptops, monitors, and peripherals at great prices! I solicited assistance from Triangle ecycling to purchase computers for Hackathon Jr. my non-profit. The entire staff was fantastic and the product was excellent. I appreciate them so much, they have made it possible for the kids who attend our Hackathon Jr events to not have to bring a device with them because we now have devices that are like new for them to use. I have been working with Triangle Ecycling for years. Triangle Ecycling is a wonderful community citizen. Traditionally Larry and the staff help the schools through internships and also by recycling products to help kids in need. As an attorney, on more than one occasion Triangle Ecycling has helped indigent kids I represent in my legal practice to be able to have and work on a computer for school. I purchase compurters for my practice from Ecycle and for years and have alwzys been well satisfied. . On a scale of 1-10 I would rate Triangle Ecycling 10 plus.

I'm regularly there either picking up something at an unbeatable price or dropping off old hardware for recycling. The staff is very helpful and happy to reconfigure the equipment they have for sale to better suit my needs. I also like that a portion of the computers they refurbish go back to the local community to help in the education and non-profit sectors. You really can't go wrong buying a computer, desktop or laptop from this organisation!
