Greenwoods service is on another level. Definitely blew my mind with their transparecy and their entire process. They will get things done and get things done right. I was really aggressive at first trying to get things done as soon as possible but then put myselves in their shoes and realized even at my work it's not possible to wok that fast. They told me they would send out a tech to check out my machine, order parts and then come install and were extremely patient with me throughout the whole process even with my initial aggressiveness.

My functional trainer started feeling grindy and I wasn't sure why. I sent in a contact form to Greenwood and got a reply in 2 days. They told me it could be a guide rod not being lubed so they told me what type of lube to get and I found a video on how to lube the rod myself. Really helpful and now I don't ever have to call back because I know w hat to do.

Had an elliptical for 2 years and it finally started giving out. A Greenwood technician came out and inspected it and told me I'd need to swap out parts. They told me they would order it and keep me in the loop throughout the process. I was anxious about being ignored and called before they said they'd give me a call back but everything was still going smoothly on their side and they were just waiting on the part. Once the part came in they gave me a call and scheduled me for repairs and came out and fixed everything. Thank you Greenwood and Marty for being so great!
