Shipping is good. In other order some products didn’t arrive but the customer service was very fast to react to my email.

I received my product promptly. The first time I used it, it was coming out the bottom where the crimp is. I contacted customer service and sent a picture of the tube. They responded in less than 24 hours and I received a new tube in the mail within a few days.
