The shipping service was good. However, I received my keyboard with a faint line across the top left corner of the keyboard. Perhaps, there should have been stickers covering those parts to prevent scratches.

The type-face/font on the keys is distractive. Otherwise, I think this is a wonderful option.

Product wise 5 straw will answer all questions your products are excellent when it comes to dictation as a Physician
