The most challenging part of my weight loss journey is healthy eating and nutrition. I don't even know where to start and having access to a nutritionist as part of my Fella experience would be wonderful.

I have been overweight since my mid 30’s. I tried ramping up exercise but it never lasted. I tried health food drinks but did not stick with it. Fella has helped me get a hold of my obesity. I have lost 35 lbs. the shots helped with the reduction in appetite. Certainly eating less. But I also combined with some stretching and exercise programs. I have been stretching for 14 weeks without missing a day. Now is part of my day. The counseling and positive reinforcement from Fella has been very helpful. I started this journey back at the end of July and so far i am down 35 pounds. The weight is not as important as the physical changes i have noticed. I fly quite a bit and last week i noticed that i actually had room in economy. Normally i am only comfortable in first class, and i was shocked at how the seatbelt fit too. No discomfort.
