4/5 umbrellas broke the first time using them. The print was great, but the actual umbrellas were of poor quality.

Harrison is incredible. We are a returning customer to Totally Branded due to the excellent customer service and quality. Today we had an order that we had to process very urgently and Harrison was able to get through all the communication, proofing and invoicing, as well as resolving some technical issues all in the space of one hour and assured delivery even a day before our deadline at no extra cost.
