Exactly what we needed! Originally purchased the 12-18 months size for our 13 months old and it was way too big! The customer service for the exchange process was excellent and we got the next size down which is great.

I received a damaged item from shipping and was immediately sent out a new dress with rush shipping. The quality of the dress is also very good and exactly what I was looking for!

This was my first time ordering from Primary and it was a great experience. I ordered five or six pairs of pants for my active toddler in varying colors because the prices are great and you know they are going to get played in and dirty! I can't justify spending more on play clothes that she might ruin and/or grow out of quickly. I was only curious if I would get good quality considering the price and I was so pleased. The materials are thick with just the right amount of stretch and the stitching is top notch. The colors are vibrant and pure. They have been run through the wash now many times over and still look great. No pilling or color fading. I even had an experience with customer service that went pretty well. One of the pants I ordered came in the wrong size. I contacted customer service and while it honestly took longer than it should have to reply (about a week :/) the response was right on, very kind, and they sent me out the correct size quickly without needing to return the mistake pair. I will be ordering many more clothes in the future! (Already ordered a bathing suit that I received and it is beautiful!)

Super soft material. Seems to be thicker than other PJ brands which is great. Hasn’t shrunk despite several washings. And the rainbow color is adorable!!

My new favorite clothing line! There were a couple mistakes in my first shipment (sent wrong items) and I had to call customer service. They were kind and accommodating and so easy to work with. I’m looking forward to ordering here more.

My granddaughters loved their twirling skirts as they call them. This is the first time I have ordered from a Primary . The service was fast but more then that I appreciate you keeping me up to date on when it would be delivered.

This are hands down my favorite pajamas my son has. They’re so bright and happy. So soft. Love love love them 😀 Primary also went out of their way to fix a mistake with my order that was totally my fault. Wonderful customer service.

My daughter loves these shorts for wear under dresses and skirts. They are still long enough to not ride up when she's flipping, running and climbing trees, They are well made and the seams seem to be well sown. We love having these basic colors available together in a three pack. Also, I did have to contact Customer Service regarding my order and they were fantastic! Love Primary!

We found that one of the three pairs sent to us was cut slightly larger and wouldn’t stay up on my skinny kid. Primary’s customer service team took action and mailed the proper sized pair to us overnight!! They rock!!
