Very happy and excited to share the review for G K Ratnam store and especially Pulkit. We have ordered Victorian jewellery and also brought beautiful polki necklace with earrings. We were communicating with Pulkit on designs we like and as we were anyway going to Jaipur to collect the ornaments, during the process I should say that Pulkit gave the best communication and did make sure he was sharing all the pictures, step by step process, timelines, any changes we asked for, bead color combination, video share and also ensured to address all the questions we had. The best break-down on pricing with all the details in clear with weight, gold, diamonds, polki, beads, strawberry stones and so on. The best part is the pricing was within the limit we requested for. When we met Pulkit in person at the store in Jaipur he was very humble and ensured to answer any questions we have.
