Products were great, but they arrived in a box where the sides were open and easily viewable by anyone.

Mishap notified on delivery; got a reply within a few minutes of raising the issue, which was solved the next day - kudos to the team. Mistakes happen, it’s how you handle them # and on that front I could not have wished for any better!

Order in the morning and received next day, SafePal S1 seem easier then the ledger , easy to use , SafePal App is also neat and clean with easy navigation. Can’t say anything about security.
