The day before leaving on a 2 week road trip, got a large crack in my windsheild. I arrived in a panic first thing in the morning when they opened and the staff quickly went to work to try to get me a new windsheild. I had my car back within 4 hours(window had to be delivered as well to the shop) and they looked after everything for me. Totally recommend the Waterloo speedyglass!
