There was a mix-up with the postcode recorded incorrectly so the supports went to the wrong suburb halfway across town. Very inconvenient. I rang Footlogics after investigation with Aus Post who told me to ring the sender. I must say it was no problem for Footlogics to send the inner soles to the correct address and wait for Aus post to return the other inner soles. It was so nice to speak with a real person at Footlogics who was more than happy to accommodate.
