I have used a HOT BOX for years at least 12 years, just bought a BRAND NEW one recently and the design and look are still subtle and yet sleek!!! As far as vaporizers go, this one is more trouble than its worth. But, I've been told that I shouldn't expect much for under $100. As far as customer service, I have no complaints. Pretty fast shipping and delivery was faster than expected.

Payed like $20 extra for 2 day shipping and it took 6 business days to get to me. Opened it and they sent me the wrong color. Glass might've been a little thin/cheap. Was taking tube off and it snapped in half, cutting my hand. Need to send it back in now.

I love my Atmos Astra, and purchased it to be able to vape both herbs and oils and waxes. Have not tried waxes yet but works great for both CBD oil and dry herbs. Lasts a couple of days, using it about 3 times a day between charges.

The iVapor is a well made vape that was well worth the price. I tried Iolite a few years ago but grew tired of the butane. I tried a Kind Pen next and returned it due to the exposed heating coil design and the minuscule dry herb chamber. This iVapor was bought because of the large chamber with no exposed heating element. The battery was so-so at first but it seems to be holding a charge somewhat longer after 3 weeks. I wonder if there's any way to have battery replaced if necessary. The three temp options are great and it'd simple once you figure it out. The instructions don't help much but don't let that keep you from buying. This is a great vape that works well for people that want a true vape instead of a glorified combustion pipe.

When I originally placed my order for the hammer at your vaporizers I kept looking online for hammer reviews on youtube and message boards and was impressed with all the positive responses. However, it didn����t take me long to realize that there is a new version of the hammer called the hammer pro. So, then I was concerned about what I was getting here, the hammer or the hammer pro? In fact, what is the hammer anyways? As you probably already know, it����s a portable butane-powered vaporizer that operates by heating a stainless element that has an airpath open to the back of the hammer head so you do not get any butane exhaust at all. A glass tube is fitted to the front with your dry herb and the heat from the heated element is enough to produce the desired vapor. So, which hammer did I get? Apparently, the hammer pro had some major improvements over the hammer and I wouldn����t know what was up until my package arrived. The package arrived via USPS with a tracking number and I knew exactly where this was like a kid uses a google santa tracker at christmas. My concerns were put to rest when I opened the package and saw it was a hammer pro. It����s a great little setup. There are two glass tubes in a sealed plastic case, which does a pretty good job of keeping the scent down. The hammer itself is secured by the tube case and a small piece of foam that holds a 6d finish nail on the other side, so nothing rattles in the carrying box. There is a little room left in the case if you have a very small container for your herb. Using the hammer takes some getting used to, as everyone seems to agree on. I recommend turning the flame up to the highest setting and pre heating for at least 30 seconds if not more. The instructions advise not to heat for more than 90 seconds. Either way, when the top of the unit is hot to handle, the hammer is ready to vape, and vape well. After preheating the unit, I turn down the flame to about 3/4 or totally turn it off if it����s...

I ordered the Pulsar Vibe Vaporizer and it was shipped quickly and arrived in an unobtrusive package. Have been using it for about 10 days and it works great. Easy to turn on and off and completely adjustable by 1 degree increments. I am very happy with the Pulsar Vibe.

WARNING: If you purchase any products from Atoms Nation LLC (www.atmosrx.com), you should be aware that they only offer a thirty (30) day limited warranty period from the date of purchase, so test, test and test any products you purchase from them before the warranty period expires! On March 13, 2015, I purchased the Astra Vaportizer directly from Atmos���� website for $159.99. Unfortunately, I didn����t test the product for about three months after my initial purchase. All I did to initially test the vaporize was to charge it and make sure the device would move through the various heat settings. What a big mistake! The Astra never worked correctly. I am new to vaporizers so I thought I was using the device incorrectly. However, after hosting a new year����s eve party, I let a few friends try out the Astra Vaporizer. They said the device was a piece of junk����and they did read the instructions to make sure they were operating it correctly. On January 16, 2016 I contacted Atmos Nation LLC customer service department. The representative confirmed that I was using the vaporizer correctly, and it was probably just a bad device. The representative did look up my purchase history and said I was eligible to have the device replaced for $38.00. While I would have loved to have the device replaced, I just couldn����t justify throwing away more money given the quality of the poorly constructed/manufactured Asta Vaporizer. The reprehensive did say the device has been updated since I purchased it, but could not say how the device was updated. I recommend staying away from this company����s product until the web reviews start showing positive recommendations.
