I got the wrong product

Had a great experience, I was having trouble with my online order(my end not theirs) and I called and received great service. My package arrived a day earlier than expected and everything was correct.

Fly High Smoke Shop contacted me to inform me that my item was out of stock, and offered a comparable item instead. It was shipped shortly thereafter and there was no delay in receiving my item.

Shipping was quick - I chalk that up to being super close. The site showed availability for what I wanted, I ordered it, but got a call that they were sold out. One of the vapes I ordered is nasty, so that was a waste of money.

I’m a brand new customer and I was very happy with my order I am kind of far from where the fly high is located (Ma) so it did take about five days for my order to arrive but I got it and the vape is wonderful. I also spoke to customer service when I had a couple of questions and they were very very nice and very very helpful so I definitely recommend fly high and I will definitely 100% be ordering from them again.
