The course was good, you could do it at the pace you set and I really liked the tests that appeared to check how well you understood the section you had just studied. The cherry on top is the outstanding service you receive from Paul if you have any queries (like my outdated laptop browser)

I followed this level 3 course during the design and build of my new catering business. I used the modules in the course to set up our initial food hygiene and health & safety procedures/operations. I found the course interesting although not as user friendly as it could be. I struggled to move onto later models and it took some time before I could take the final quiz. Now that I have completed, I can't see the certificate to print it. I am in the Fresh Produce, packing and supply industry so a lot of the quiz questions around food prep and holding temperatures etc, bore no relevance at all for me.
