Mat is essential when using the Cubii.

I love my cubii, I do sprints , petaling fast for short times to burn visceral fat. It also helps build muscle in area of my knees, cubii is a great product makes watching t.v. beneficial to my overall health :) I can’t forget to mention how helpful and friendly the customer service team are, Thankyou ,Helene :)

I just had knee surgery and this has been a great addition to my recovery. So easy to use. Just get on and start pedaling. It connects to my phone and my watch so I can keep up with my workouts to report to my physical therapist and my doctor. So glad I bought this.
