We use these passes as badges at our church for different teams, and they are great! We use the 3.5"x5.5" so they are big enough that it's easy to spot anyone who is on staff, as well as who is volunteering and what area they are serving in.

In November I started a new job. The first task I was given was to order some badges and lanyards. Since I am a previous boxer and have been regularly hit in the head for 15 years, I was unclear how exactly to go about that or what they even looked like last year. Luckily I found some notes my predecessor had left with Nancy's contact info. Nancy was quick to create a possible quote and asked all the questions I would never have even thought of asking! After taking multiple quotes I decided to go with Rockstar because of how quickly Nancy grasped what I was needing. After we decided to go with Rockstar, I soon realized that Nancy was acting in much more of a business partner role, as opposed to a customer relationship. This was the case throughout my entire months-long ordering process. If there was a snowfall on the way that might change my delivery date Nancy was on top of it and communicated the issue clearly and concisely. As mentioned above, I have been repeatedly hit in the head. This manifests itself in changing order quantities, delivery dates, shipping charges, graphic altering, and last-minute font changes. All of these things Nancy handled with such grace that I must say I was impressed. I would have lost it with me on the second week into this arduous journey. There is no doubt in my mind that had we gone with someone else this wouldn't have gone as smoothly and I would have been fired for incompetence. With the experience and customer service I received from Nancy, there is no reason to even take quotes next year. We are going with Rockstar. I would like to nominate Nancy for any accolade or promotion available, but I am fearful if promoted that I will be stuck with someone who can't literally hold my hand through the process like walking their pet monkey. So as a solution, I propose giving her a large raise or at the very least an edible arrangement. The one with chocolate bananas, its the best one.......

I just received the badges and lanyards and let me just say, there is a reason you guys are called Rock Star Passes. You ARE Rock Stars! These are properly legit. I’ve been to a lot of trade shows and conferences and these have to be the nicest participant badges ever. And of course the nice quality lanyards! Thanks so much to Nancy for her professionalism, consummate attention to detail and patience as we went through the process. I needed tags and lanyards for an event last minute and Travis was a huge help! I was dreading this whole process, but it was so simple. He walked me through each step and was very responsive and helpful. He was happy to make changes to my tags until they were just how imaged them and they look amazing! This will add a professional touch to my event. Definitely recommend Rockstar!

While I have not received the item yet I can say that the process from design to order went very smooth. Lots of great templates in just about every imaginable format which was super helpful. I did a lot of shopping around and the prices are much better than competitors...especially if you need a rush order. Some places were charging over 2x the price. If quality of this pass works out then I will be a repeat customer for sure.

My order was lost in shipping (at no fault of Rockstar Passes), but they still reprinted my laminates for free and re-shipped them AND helped me get re refund for my shipping payment. You couldn't ask for better customer service than that. Communication is always friendly and prompt. I won't go anywhere else for credentials. Fan for life!
