Easy install about 15-20 minutes, missing some screws. Need to maybe ad some sort of locking mechanism at top and bottom (keyless) maybe sometimes my wife who is 5’3 can’t reach the lock when stairs are up. Add a rubber waterproof seal for the bottom attachment
