The ordering and shipping was straightforward and easy. No issues at all. The packaging was really good too.

Shopping experience was great...mattress arrived on time and was in perfect shape and condition.

The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple and easy. I didn’t receive a shipping notification after almost a week so I emailed them and they were prompt to respond to my inquiry. There was a shortage of material and they would have my mattress out in a few days. They were good to their word and the mattress arrived shorty there after.

Love this mattress! My baby was born with torticollis, which caused plagiocephaly on the left side of her head. She had to wear a cranio-cap for 3 months. I wanted to make sure that my baby would have the best mattress that would not impact her head. So glad I found the SleepOvation Infant Mattress - I can rest easy knowing her head shape won't be negatively impacted while she sleeps. If she is going to spend 14-15 hours of her 24 hour day sleeping, I want to have the best mattress for her, and I believe we do with the SleepOvation Infant Mattress!
