First, the product is amazing. Second, after I did not receive my order because of a shipping error (not the company’s fault), Britteny Hurt wrote to me very apologetic and said they would resend no charge. We’ll much to my surprise, not only did I receive my order but she also sent me an additional bottle and an at home kit!!!! That is amazing customer service and I’m so grateful that I ran into your booth at a farmer’s market when I was on vacation months ago. Amazing! Thank you
